If I weren't determined, I wouldn't have succeeded in life.
Elie was born into a Maronite Catholic family. The boy began sewing in childhood, alongside his sisters. The children used whatever they could find: fabrics, curtains, scraps... They even created outfits from newspapers, with the sisters happily serving as models. At 17, the young man flew to Paris to study, but after just one year, he decided to return home to start his own business as soon as possible. Within a year, he opened his first atelier in Lebanon and soon began dressing women from high society.
Today, it's impossible to imagine any red carpet without Elie's designs. His shows are attended by British Princess Beatrice and Sirivannavari Nariratana, Princess of Thailand. In 2012, the Duchess of Luxembourg married in an Elie Saab dress, and Queen Rania of Jordan chose an Elie design for her coronation. Eva Green, Angelina Jolie, Taylor Swift, and Christina Aguilera trust this remarkable designer to create their looks.
Every Elie Saab wedding dress is a story woven from dreams and magnificence. The designer masterfully plays with silhouettes, creating gowns that emphasize femininity and grace.
His works have become a symbol of elegance, and each fashion show is a spectacle capable of completely captivating viewers. Without exaggeration, the designer's dresses are true works of art.
Elie Saab has developed several signature techniques that make his wedding dresses recognizable.
What's especially important — Elie Saab creates not just beautiful dresses but thinks through each look from the perspective of the bride's comfort. Even his most luxurious creations remain comfortable to wear.
